This Legal Notice (hereinafter the «Legal Notice») governs access to, and the use of, the website available on the domain name www.asdpublics.eu and its subdomains (hereinafter the «Website»). Anyone who accesses the Website automatically becomes a user thereof (hereinafter the «User»). Any User who does not agree with this Legal Notice must leave the Website immediately without using it.
By accepting this Legal Notice, Users state as follows:

This Website may be accessed free of charge, except as regards the cost of connecting through the telecommunications network supplied by the access provider contracted by the User.
3. Content and services linked through the Website
The Website may contain technical linking devices, directories and even search tools enabling the User to access other websites and portals on the internet (hereinafter the «Linked Sites»). In such cases, the FUOC will only be responsible for the content and services provided on the Linked Sites to the extent that it is actually aware that they are unlawful and has failed to disable the link to them with the required diligence. Any Users who consider a Linked Site to contain unlawful or inappropriate content may inform the FUOC of this.
Under no circumstances will the existence of Linked Sites imply that any agreements have been concluded between the FUOC and their managers or owners or that the Linked Sites and/or their content are promoted or recommended by the FUOC. Unless otherwise expressly stated on the Website, the FUOC is not aware of the content or services on the Linked Sites and therefore accepts no liability for any loss or damage that may be suffered by Users or any third parties as a result thereof.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
All the content on the Website, which shall include, by way of example without limitation, text, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links and other sound or audiovisual content, as well as their graphic design and source code, is the intellectual property of the FUOC or third-party licensors, and none of the exploitation rights thereto acknowledged under current intellectual property law may be deemed to have been assigned to the User.
The trademarks, trade names and other distinctive signs published on the Website belong to the FUOC or third-party assignors and/or licensors, and no rights thereto may deemed to have been assigned to the User.
5. Disclaimer and exclusion of warranties
The FUOC does not grant any warranties, and accepts no liability in any event, in relation to any loss or damage of any kind that may arise as a result of:
- The unavailability or effective operation and maintenance of the Website or its services and content;
- The existence of malware – malicious or harmful programs – in its content;
- Any unlawful, negligent or fraudulent use or any use in breach of this Legal Notice;
- The illegality, unavailability, or lack of quality, reliability or usefulness of the services provided by third parties and on sites available to Users on the Website.
The UOC accepts no liability in any event for any damage that may arise from the misuse or illegal use of this Website.
Furthermore, Users must remain aware that online computer systems are not fully secure and that the UOC is therefore unable to guarantee that there will be no malware or other items that could disrupt the User’s IT systems (software and hardware) or their electronic documents and files contained in them, despite the UOC using all necessary and appropriate security measures and means to prevent the appearance of such harmful items.

7. Severability
If any clause contained in this Legal Notice is held to be fully or partially void or ineffective, such invalidity or lack of effect shall only affect that provision or the part thereof that is void or ineffective. The remainder of this Legal Notice shall survive, and the affected provision or part thereof shall be deemed not to have been included.
8. Applicable law
This Legal Notice shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, Spanish law.
